Description of renewals:
The Contract The subject of this competition is a contract for 4 years with an option to extend by a further 6 years (in blocks of 2 x 3 years). Please note that this will be at IE’s discretion and will be subject to review, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.

Contract will have a 6 year renewal option on blocks 2 x 3 year basis subject to Irish Rail Approval
The successful tenderer may be required to carry out additional services directly related to the delivery of the scope of service issued with the tender package. These additional services can only be identified during the delivery of the contract.
