1.1 The scope of the requirement is for the Provision, Manufacture, Supply, Placement/Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Lifts Tender Ref: TUH676 at Tallaght University Hospital location. The requirement is for the replacement of thirteen (13) number lifts over the next 3 years commencing in Q1 2024. There are a total of nineteen (19) lifts in total, 13 to be replaced and all 19 maintained over the lifetime of the contract. Maintenance of all existing lifts to commence from 1st of September 2024, the provider must take over the maintenance of all lifts from this date. Once the contractor commences replacing a lift within a group of lifts in they which communicate with each other, then they are to take on the responsibility and maintenance of the group of lifts. Note: Please be aware that a site visit to the hospital is mandatory for this Tender Competition. Failure to attend the site visit will result in elimination from the Tender Competition. The successful Tenderer must meet the hospital stated specification requirements outlined in Section 3. 1.2 Tenderers must include any capital costs for this equipment and this must include all lifecycle consumables, service contract and maintenance costs. Any additional consumables, hardware, not specified in the tender reply, but deemed necessary to provide the service, must be borne by the supplier. 1.3 The proposed system must provide a robust and future-proofed answer to our needs. 1.3 The proposal must offer value for money.
