Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Distribution & Warehousing Services-Southern European Markets (France, Italy & Spain). Tourism Ireland is seeking to appoint a logistics partner(s) capable of providing distribution and warehousing solutions for the Southern European markets, i.e. France, Italy and Spain. The appointed logistics provider (s) will take responsibility for shipping marketing literature and supporting materials through its marketing channels in France, Italy and Spain. Most of Tourism Ireland’s marketing material is currently printed in Ireland and is developed and printed by both Tourism Ireland and by various tour operators / trade associations in Ireland. Tourism Ireland is responsible for co-ordinating the distribution of all material through the various marketing channels. In addition, individual markets (France, Italy and Spain) will occasionally print and distribute material for their market only. Tourism Ireland currently ships an estimated 325 000 units within France, Italy and Spain per annum. Applicants are invited to submit proposals on the basis of geographic markets and marketing channels as further described in Annex B.
