The provision of a publications dispatch service, primarily related to, but not limited to customer application forms and information leaflets, of the Contracting Authority. This requires the acceptance and fulfilment of email requests for department forms, leaflets and other publications, through the Contracting Authority's existing customer contact channels (which will be made available to the winning tenderer for their use for the duration of the contract) and/or by direct email from the Contracting Authority's staff in relation to mail shots. The requirement of this contract can be outlined as: • the storage and inventory management of customer application forms, leaflets and other publications, • the timely and efficient distribution of up to 100 forms, leaflets and other publications per order, • the direct notification to customers when requests for forms, leaflets and other publications cannot be fulfilled, • the provision of weekly and monthly management information reports to the Contracting Authority in relation to the volume and nature of forms, leaflet and publication requests and the corresponding level of forms, leaflets and publications dispatched. Please note the department is relying on European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 in reserving this contract for participants in sheltered workshops and sheltered employment programmes.
