Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Evidence of the financial and economic standing of the company must be provided by the following: (a) statement from the tenderer's bank indicating good financial viability of said company or proof of professional risk insurance covers; (b) balance sheets or summaries thereof for at least the past 3 financial years for which accounts have been closed, where publication of balance sheets is prescribed under company law in the country in which the tenderer is established. Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Tenderers must: (a) demonstrate that they have at their disposal the appropriate technical infrastructure (computer equipment, e-mail, Internet access, access to information, terminology and document sources) for performance of the tasks described in the specifications; (b) have good knowledge and understanding of the subject areas of Eurofound's work; (c) have project management experience, including quality assurance procedures; (d) provide information on the methodology adopted in relation to work-flow as well as translation and terminology assessment; (e) provide a list of references for recent similar contracts undertaken during the last 3 years, with values, dates, names and contact phone numbers of at least 3 clients; (f) give details of the composition of the team proposed for the purposes of providing the services requested including back-up; (g) provide CVs of the staff proposed for this contract together with documental evidence that each individual engaged in the provision of the services meets the following minimum standards of professional capacity: 1) university-level education; 2) translation-related training; 3) excellent proficiency in the source language (English); 4) perfect command of the target language; 5) a minimum of 3 years' experience of translation, revision or reviewing in the language combination (lot) concerned. At least half of the experience indicated (or at least part of the education or training) must have been in the subject areas of the work of the Foundation.
