Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Eurofound is seeking to contract a single supplier for the coordination and provision of simultaneous interpreting services, with the occasional requirement for consecutive and/or whispering interpretation. Almost all meetings and events require interpretation from either French or German, into English and vice versa. Occasionally, interpretation may be requested for other language regimes. Eurofound has a purpose-built conference centre 'Raymond Pierre Bodin Conference Centre' with 9 interpretation booths. The interpretation booths are fixed and technical support will be provided by Eurofound. As an example, a list of the requirements for 2008 is included below: — Foundation seminar series: 23 June, 13:15–18:30; 24 June, 9:30–13:00 and 14:30–18:00; 25 June, 9:00–13:00. English, French, simultaneously all ways. — Summer group meeting of Governing Board and board meeting: 30 June, 14:30–18:00; 1 July, 9:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:00; 2 July, 9:00–13:00 (board meeting). English, French, German simultaneously all ways. — Autumn group meetings of Governing Board and board meetings: 15 October, 14:30–18:00; 16 October, 11:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:00; 17 October, 9:00–13:00 board meeting.
