Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Tender for the construction, delivery and installation of Modular Operating Theatre Solution. 1.1 St. Vincent's University Hospital ('SVUH') wish to put together a shortlist of specialist contractors who have relevant experience in Modular Operating Theatre solutions. From those expressing an interest SVUH intend to shortlist a minimum of 3 applicants no more than 5 (provided sufficient vendors are qualified as per the criteria of Financial and Economic standing and Technical Ability and Relevant Experience). The short listed applicants will be invited to tender for the construction, delivery and installation of a modular operating theatre solution on the existing hospital site. The minimum requirements of the operating theatre solution will be to provide a minimum of 4 operating theatres complete with Chillers, Air Handling Units, Operating Lights, Medical Gases and the associated mechanical and electrical services.
