In summary the Services comprise of the provision of Virtual Learning Environments (VLE)/ Learning Management Systems (LMS) and associated services and support. The Education sector in Ireland has an ongoing requirement for VLE/LMS services across the country. The purpose of this framework agreement is to allow HEAnet and its member institutions purchase VLE/LMS services, including support and value-added services (hereafter referred to as the Required Services) in support of operations. Cloud/Managed hosted solutions are sought. Tenderers may also provide information in relation to self-hosted solutions. Self-hosted solutions will not form a part of the evaluation process for admittance to the framework. It is intended to set up a multi-supplier, multiple lot framework
