Operating theatres fitout - mechanical/medical gases. The mechanical/medical gases works specialist will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all HVAC systems associated with 12 No. operating theatre suites comprising AHUs supply/extract duction and grilles, heater batteries, hot and cold water services, chilled water/LTHW piping installation, ducting/pipework installation and medical gases installation. operating theatres will be constructed in phase 1 commencing April 2011, and 2 No. operating theaters constructed in phase 2 commencing 2014. All 5 of the acute operating theatres will be completed in phase 1 i.e construction for these will commence in April 2011.
