RFT to Establish a framework agreement for the provision of interpretation services. The Minister for justice & law reform invites tenders from service providers for the provision of interpretation services. The purpose of this tender competition is to conclude a framework agreement, for a term not exceeding 4 years, with up to 8 Service Providers (therein referred to as โ€œframework memberโ€) to provide interpretation services. Once the framework agreement is concluded with the framework members the Contracting Authority may then award a Contract following a Request for supplementary tender (mini-competitions) as set out in the Framework Agreement which accompanies this tender document. The frequency and scope of the supplementary tenders (mini-competitions) shall be determined by the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and the other Parties eligible to participate in this agreement. to register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the eTenders Web Site at http://www.etenders.gov.ie/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=187572. The awarding authority has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via a 'Tender submission postbox' facility. Further details of this facility are available at http://www.etenders.gov.ie/PostBox/Postbox_Explain.aspx?ID=187572. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The postbox closes precisely at the time stated.
