RFT to Establish a framework agreement for the provision of interpretation services. The Minister for justice & law reform invites tenders from service providers for the provision of interpretation services. The purpose of this tender competition is to conclude a framework agreement, for a term not exceeding 4 years, with up to 8 Service Providers (therein referred to as “framework member”) to provide interpretation services. Once the framework agreement is concluded with the framework members the Contracting Authority may then award a Contract following a Request for supplementary tender (mini-competitions) as set out in the Framework Agreement which accompanies this tender document.
