The Department of Finance is seeking to establish a Human Resource Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) that will carry out the transactional elements of Human Resource (HR) processes for the Irish Civil Service. Tenders are sought from economic operators for the provision of services, including assistance with setting up a central HRSSC and the transition of the transactional elements of HR processes in the Irish Civil Service to the HRSSC and to provide operational expertise for a period following transition.
