Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Sponsorship and Commercial Agents. UCD Foundation is seeking to put in place Framework agreement/s with a number of Sponsorship and Commercial Agents. The campus will continue to undergo major transformation and enhancement over the next 5 years and UCD Foundation is now seeking the assistance of Sponsorship & Commercial Agents to maximise income generation opportunities. It is recognised that the UCD brand is a leading brand not only in Education, Research and Innovation, closely aligned to the social and economic fabric of the country, distinctly Irish with global impact. UCD now wishes to generate a realisable value proposition recognising these factors i.e. it wishes to derive further income from its asset base in a way that has not been targeted before and cognisant of its image and role. Consideration is being given to a number of areas including advertising, naming rights, brand development including merchandising, exclusivity around product/ brand supply rights and it wishes to develop its thinking on these and other ideas. The tender will be broken into five lots as follows: — Lot 1 - Infrastructural Naming Rights, — Lot 2 - Event Sponsorship, — Lot 3 - Exclusivity contracts on distribution of: Food and Beverages, Services etc, — Lot 4 - Commercial Advertising Packages, — Lot 5 - University Merchandising.
