Health Service Executive HSE

Development of a surgical services hub on the tenderer’s land and/or building to be leased to the Health Service Executive (“HSE”) in the North Dublin Area. The HSE is initiating this tender competition in order to identify an economic operator with suitable lands and/or building and the capability to develop a surgical services hub to HSE specifications on the same land and/or building and lease it to the HSE. It is anticipated that that term of the lease will be circa 25 years from the completion of the surgical services hub.
