Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Mallow Ballyviniter Regional Water Supply Scheme - Box Cross Phase 1. This Contract provides for the construction of watermains (diameters ranging from 150 mm to 450 mm) approximately 16 900 m in length along with all asscoiated valves, valves and chambers. the watermains commence at Box Cross and terminate at Mallow Bridge. The Contract also involves the construction of a new water treatment facility (mechanical and electrical ionstallation) and pumping station at Box Cross, construction of new borehole pumping stations at Box Cross and refurbishment of the existing Ballyviniter Reservoir.
