Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Design and replace roof on existing Health Sciences Building in UL. Removal of existing self supported standing seam zinc roof covering together with associated sub materials of the roofing system, roof windows, rooflights, fall arrest systems, lightening protection and all other connected elements necessary to carry out the foregoing. Design and build a complete replacement fully supported standing seam zinc and membrane roof covering, including full reinstatement, in new materials of all existing roof windows, rooflights, fall arrest systems, lightening protection and other connected systems. It is currently anticipated that the work will commence in April '2010 and it will be completed in phases to ensure minimum disruption.
