Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Residential Healthcare Units. The Health Service Executive are seeking expressions of interest from contractors who wish to tender to form a Framework for the Design and Construction of a number of Residential Healthcare Units. The form of construction may be modular, system build or traditional. Each unit will range in floor area between 2 000 and 6 000 sqm aproximately and will be constructed on various sites across Ireland. One or more of the units may be tendered to be constructed simultaneously by the same contractor in different locations around Ireland. The contract also includes full compliance with current health and safety legislation from date of appointment until completion of contract, quality control and other services.
