Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin intend to seek tenders from a suitably qualified main contractor/ specialist subcontractors/ design specialists for the provision of the following under a design build basis: A new extension of 1300m2 at first floor level accommodating 17 No. Intensive Care Unit beds (in various configurations) along with the associated support accommodation, refurbishment of existing Intensive Care Unit measuring 450m2 to provide support accommodation to the new build unit and associated demolition works. The existing ICU must remain in operation until the new unit is commissioned. The replacement of a wound dressing clinic measuring 200m2, plant rooms and external plant areas, replacement under-croft car parking Associated landscape, demolition and service diversion works.
