Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Design & Construction of New Healthcare Facilities in Mid-West. This prequalification process relates to the Design & Construction by the Contractor of new Healthcare Facilities in the Mid-West part of Ireland. The proposed new healthcare facilities are divided into four lots. Lots 1-3 relate to facilities to be developed on the grounds of the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Dooradoyle, Limerick while Lot 4 relates to facilities to be developed on the grounds of the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Successful candidates will be responsible for design development, obtaining statutory approvals and construction of the new facilities. The gross floor areas of the buildings proposed vary from approximately 2,000 sq m to approximately 4,500 sq m (including shell space). The works include site development works and all ancillary site services.
