Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Relocation of Car Hire Facility. Design and build contractor services for a new car hire facility at Dublin Airport. The facility will consist of 6 industrial units and approximately 1 200 car parking spaces, associated hard / soft landscaping and siteworks. Each unit will include reception, car valet facilities and car wash facilities on the ground floor and office space on the first floor. Externally, each unit will have individual petrol pumps with one centralised fuel tank for the entire facility.
