Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: CD 1049/12 Dublin Airport T2 Substructure & Superstructure Concrete Works. Bulk excavation, disposal and fill. Concrete pad foundations and ground beams, drainage and other underground services, and substructure concrete works to the terminal, remote check-in facilities, arrivals vertical circulation cores, Energy Centre and possibly Pier E substructure works. Also included are superstructure works with the provision of re-inforcement and concrete to permanent formwork decks (installed by others), and ground floor concrete slab. Road and kerbs to the link road between the Terminal 2 buildings. This package will provide the Project Supervisor Construction Stage role from commencement on site until the building is agreed to be weather-tight. The PSCS role will then be formally handed over to the M&E Contractor. The role includes co-ordination of all trades on site, approval of method statements and site supervision.
