Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: CD 1049/15 T2 Kerbs and Forecourts. Construction of permanent roads, forecourt and all associated works including drainage, infrastructure pit and duct systems, external lighting, signage and street furniture. The trade package design responsibility is limited to temporary works design, i.e. temporary ground water measures, traffic management, etc. installation of infrastructure services where specified (contracts with utilities may be required); bulk excavation; relay the previously diverted 250 mm diameter gas main below the final road construction at a depth of 1,4 m to invert; excavate and install pit and duct system for future infrastructure upgrade projects; provision and maintenance of temporary site roads as identified; excavate lay drainage, construct manholes and connect to outfalls; excavate, and install services in specified pit and duct system; provision of lighting columns and associated bases; provision of lightening protection mats and earth rods including testing; provision of specified sub-base (where necessary); associated kerbing, edging and paving; tarmac surfacing to roads and pavements; road marking; provision of signage gantries and signage; provision of power to lighting, signage and all associated forecourt services requirements; provision of all street 'furniture' including canopies, seating, rubbish bins, bollards, fencing and handrail systems; landscaping and planting.
