Drogheda Borough Council (DBC) is seeking expression of interests from Competent Delivery Partners experienced in the preparation of design and construction of sports facilities to enter into an arrangement with DBC and Lourdes Athletic clubs to modernise the existing Lourdes Stadium site which was constructed in the 1950’s. The Agreement may include a long term lease, operating agreement, management agreement, public/private partnering agreement or other arrangement between the successful applicant and DBC.
