Fingal County Council wishes to replace/upgrade the existing information systems used in its Housing Department in order to improve, better co-ordinate and integrate the functions carried out. Fingal County Council is seeking to source an integrated application that will cater for all of the processes involved in the performance of its Housing function; from pre-construction right through to sale or letting, the management and accounting of all agreements with Housing clients and the maintenance and control of all of Fingal’s Housing Stock. The aim of the tender is to select a company or companies to enter into contract negotiations with Fingal County Council for the provision of an integrated housing system that will allow the Department carry out its housing functions.
