This Tender is to provide cleaning services to the Waterford Institute of Technology at various locations. The Institute has approx. 62,000 square metres of buildings over four campus locations. The campuses are located on the Cork Road, College Street and the Applied Technology Building in the Industrial Estate all within Waterford City boundaries. The fourth campus (West Campus) is located at Carriganore approximately three miles outside Waterford City.
