Strategic IT Consultancy Services Framework. The National Lottery Company (NLC) has a requirement for Strategic IT Consultants for major game and channel development projects, system selection and conversions and/or new IT infrastructure projects. NLC will draw on the Strategic Consultant's broad experience at applying best practices and updated methodologies to assist them to update their own processes and help improve the efficiency of the organisation going forward. The NLC's requirement for Strategic IT Consultants will also involve assisting the NLC with various projects from an advisory viewpoint and carrying out and managing projects over the lifetime of the framework.
