Leinster Bridges Rehab Contract No.3 Replacement of Expansion Joints - Various Leinster Bridges. The National Roads Authority propose to replace/repair movement joints on 17 existing bridges on the National Routes in Leinster in Counties Fingal, Laois, Kildare, Kilkenny, Dunlaoighaire Rathdown, Wexford and Dublin City. In addition to the replacement of expansion joints on those structures it is also proposed to re-waterproof and re-surface the N77, Ballyragget Bridge in Co Killkenny & the UCD Flyover.
