Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: Runway Network Development. The DAA plans to deliver a runway network at Dublin Airport that will best support traffic growth in the future. The company is currently evaluating how best to proceed with this objective in the context of current planning conditions and other business requirements. To assist the Authority in the implementation of strategic priorities we are currently putting in place separate framework agreements (not part of this RFI) with a range of professional consultancy services including the following disciplines; O Runway / Airfield Design Consultants. O Socio Economic Consultants. O Cost Consultants. O Infrastructure Design Team (existing DAA Framework agreement). Refer to separate OJEU notice for information. The DAA also proposes to appoint through this OJEU process the following specialist consultants for the planning stage of the runway network development, Lot 1: Planning Consultant (planning stage lead). Aircraft Noise Consultant. The Planning consultant (Lot 1 above) will be the lead consultant and will project manage and coordinate the full specialist team to completion of planning stage.
