Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Design consultant - multi-sports facility. AIT intends to construct a new 5 000 m² sports training and teaching facility to include indoor running track, standard and elite gyms, courts to host various sports including spectator seating, dressing rooms, office space and teaching facilities. The institute is seeking to engage a design consultant for this project. The design consultant should be competent to carry out the role of architectural, structural, surveying, building services (mechanical & electrical) and health and safety role of Project Supervisor at Design Stage (PSDP). To this end AIT invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified design consultants in relation to this project.
