Establishment of Multi Supplier Framework of Project Managers for Buildings and Estates Office, UCC and Project Management Services to Support UCC Capital Programme
This Tender is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework of Project Managers for Buildings and Estates Office, UCC with a Maximum of six participants to whom specific tasks will be awarded on an non exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the role of Project Management Services to support UCC Capital Priogramme based on 37.5 hours per week initially for 2 years with option to extend for a further 1 year on 2 further occasions . The Project Manager will have a Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) background and will work primarily on various UCC Capital works projects and will be required to support the Capital Projects Office team to manage the delivery of multiple projects,initially from 2026 to 2028 with option to extend. Reporting directly to an appointed member of the Capital Projects Office team, the project manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the projects including liaising with project stakeholders and coordinating the activities of consultants and contractors. The role will involve both office in UCC Campus and site based duties. The Project Manager will also be required to have a good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical installations.
