The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four years. In the first instance, an order of one welfare Unit will be made, although this will be subject to demand and budget availability. The contract is for the supply and delivery, maintenance and Waste and Toilet Cleaning. (Note that Dublin City Council reserves the right not to use this Waste Collection and Toilet Cleaning contract and Repair and Maintenance contract.).
