Dublin City Council wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Maintenance and Cleaning of Public Toilets within its parks. The Framework Agreement will be established with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 economic operators. Thereafter contracts will be awarded in accordance with the rules contained therein. The initial contract will be a one (1) year contract for the provision of toilet cleaning services in the Cityโs public parks and open spaces. The main requirements are to maintain and keep the area clean; toilet cleaning will be required in accordance with the cleaning schedule for each location. A Deep clean will be required once contract commences. While cleaning is underway correct safety information signage will be put in place and removed after cleaning is complete. It is expected that the correct EcoCert cleaning detergents and disinfectants will be used and that the area will be maintained and kept clean. Additional contracts under this framework may include:- the routine maintenance and cleaning of additional toilet facilities as yet not included in the initial contract.
