The contract will not exceed a period of 36 months from the date of Award.
During the Contract Duration. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will deliver this service in line with the Contract Budget available to deliver same.
Notwithstanding the above - The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and ongoing business needs. The number and duration of extensions will be 2 X 6-month periods.
