IDA Ireland is the owner of an Advanced Office Building which was constructed in 2019. The building is L shaped on plans and extends over ground, first and second floor level. Each floor contains two office suites which are accessed via a circulation core positioned centrally at the intersection of each wing with pedestrian access to the building available to both the north facing and south facing elevations. IDA Strategic Property Department now seeks to appoint a consultant following a dilapidation process with an outgoing tenant. Aligned to the dilapidations agreement, the baseline works involve minimal, but necessary repairs and upgrade works to be carried out to the building. This involves typical necessary repairs/maintenance works as would be required to a building of this age following the end of a tenancy. These works are required to return the building to satisfactory marketable standard and to remove some of the previous tenantโs bespoke fit out. IDA Strategic Property Department is now seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver all services outlined in this document. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the design and delivery of the project at IDA National Technology Park, Co. Limerick. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Project Manager, Architect/Designer, MandE Engineers, Health and Safety Consultant, Fire and Accessibility Access consultant, Assigned Certifier, PSDP, QS, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer and Energy Management/Sustainability Consultant and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the project. The scope of services for the Project Management Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will include 1 Due Diligence and Design Stage 2 Tender, Evaluation and Award 3 Construction and 4 Handover.
