MEDITE Europe DAC is invites expressions of interest from experience / qualified companies for the supply of Blowline resin injection and steam recovery systems for a Medium Density Fibre production line that operates up to 15 t/h of dry fibre and 20 to 70 l/min of resin. For Blowline resin injection technology a system will be required to control and modulate the correct application of resin based on specific product requirements within the above flows in order to ensure efficient use of resin while maintaining product quality and without negative impacts to the process or product itself. This efficient use of resin with the new system should result in a resin usage saving. A system that can also apply the other additives typically added in the Blowline in the MDF process such as dye, urea, wax and hardener would be desirable. The system should be fully automated. For Blowline steam recovery technology a system will be required to recover steam from the Blowline and return it for reuse on the refining system. The returned/recovered steam should have minimal wood/fibre content and not cause blocking of the Blowline or other parts of the refining system. The equipment must be a proven technology and conform to best practice design principles and all relevant European legislation including CE marking. It is anticipated that order placement will occur in Q1 2026 with project completion by Q3 2026.
