The Maynooth University (MU) International Office (IO) is seeking a competent, experienced and motivated supplier able to establish a staffed, representative office based in the Latin America, ideally Mexico or Brazil. The successful supplier will, in collaboration with our international partners and internal stakeholders, be responsible for developing international student recruitment plans and delivering against ambitious targets across all pathways and programmes in North America while ensuring outcomes are aligned to the University’s strategic aims as outlined in Maynooth University Strategic Plan 2023-2028. The successful supplier will role model leadership in the sector and support a cohesive and influential international recruitment function based in LATAM. They will understand the imperative to meet the University’s stretching student recruitment targets in line with the University’s growth trajectories, and will take responsibility for developing recruitment plans that deliver on those objectives. They will identify business risks and opportunities, and provide flexible, evidence-based, and innovative solutions that will deliver on targets. They will provide direction, support and leadership to the IO Recruitment Team to deliver on that vision.
