The scope of this framework agreement encompasses a comprehensive range of video production services tailored to meet the diverse needs of the University from executive-level communications to promotional videos for academic programmes and research initiatives. The scope of services required will include producing high-quality video content across various formats, including interviews, launch events, programme promotional videos, explanatory research videos, VIP visits, lectures, and other events. The specific services required are detailed in section 3 of RFT: Additional/Call-Off Contracts under the Framework. Additional Services which may be required over the lifetime of the framework agreement: (a) Selection and licensing of music: Choosing appropriate background music and securing necessary licensing rights. (b) Voice-over services: Providing professional narration in multiple languages as needed. (c) Graphics and animation: Creating engaging visual elements to enhance video content. (d) Sourcing of suitable stock footage where original footage is not available or suitable. This is a non exhaustive list and is included for illustrative purposes only. In addition to the services outlined above, the framework agreement will relate to all services of a videography nature for the sites identified and any addition sites which come under the remit of the Contracting Authority. The framework is also anticipated to cover new delivery models and technological advancements in videography services which may evolve over the life of the framework agreement.
