o delivering the national gigabit policy based on the Digital Connectivity Strategy. The scope will include engagement with a range of public and private bodies and the development and monitoring of an implementation plan to deliver the targets in the Digital Connectivity Strategy;
o Universal Service Obligations, to support public policy thinking and eventual decisions around public policy tools, the meaning of adequate broadband and how affordability will be assessed and where necessary addressed. The process will involve significant engagement with the communications regulator, ComReg, and many other stakeholders, including through public consultation;
o strategy and economic advisory services to support the Gigabit Infrastructure Act and copper switch-off.
