Description of the procurement
Lot 1 includes the provision of a build and break service for assembly, set up and disassembly of existing DSP stands at events throughout Ireland and the ongoing storage of all existing and potential future DSP backdrops and associated furniture which are re-used by the Contracting Authority for these events.
The Contracting Authority(CA) currently owns 4 rigid build backdrops (measuring approximately 3 metres by 3 metres and will require the Tenderer to store these and to provide a service to the CA for build and break of these backdrops at public events and/or trade events. The Tenderer must have the ability to provide a build and break service on demand, and be able to provide this service with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to an event in Ireland.
In addition to these backdrops, this storage service must also include the storage of associated event furniture when not in use at events. The Tenderer must also be available to collect and return IT equipment to the CA head quarters, disassembly of existing DSP stands at events throughout Ireland and the ongoing storage of all existing and potential future DSP backdrops and associated furniture which are re-used by the Contracting Authority for these events.

Lot 2 is for the design, production and delivery of quality, branded DSP promotional items, required on an ongoing basis to promote the services and supports of the Contracting Authority, including but not limited to:
- pull up banners
- backdrops for use at events and shows
- staff lanyards
- branded pens and branded stationery, other promotional items - print required includes but not limited to DSP colour logo along with the text
- branded apparel for example, t-shirts and jackets - will require but not limited to the DSP logo to be embroidered on the item unless stated otherwise
This requires the manufacture and supply of ordered materials within a minimum of two weeks from the date of order placement. DSP artwork and logos to be used by the successful Tenderer in the production of promotional items or event stands will be provided electronically by the Contracting Authority
