In summary, the tender involves a multi-supplier framework for the provision of a range of barriers and ancillary equipment for event management as and when requested by An Garda Síochána on a Nationwide Basis. This public procurement competition will be divided into two Lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Lot 1: Provision of Barriers and components for crowd control and event management as required nationwide for An Garda Síochána. Lot 2: Managed Services for the provision of Specialist Equipment for crowd control and event management as required nationwide for An Garda Síochána The Contracting Authority will appoint a single supplier in each Lot. A Tenderer can tender for any and all Lots. However, Tenderers must be able to provide all services Nationally. Tenderers should also note that they may be called on to provide Barriers and Ancillary equipment for multiple events simultaneously in different locations
