The development of Groundworks to facilitate the future development of a Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Demonstration Park, consisting of the construction of access roads, paths, set-down areas, foundation pads, storm water storage swales, service connections, public lighting, and all associated site development. These will also include the upgrade/ replacement of the existing foul water treatment plant. The foundation pads are to be oversized and constructed to provide a designed formation level for the foundation systems of 5 no. MMC system dwellings to be constructed thereon, for use for training and research purposes. Upon obsolescence and demolition of current MMC buildings, these pads will be capable of accommodating alternative MMC system building designs in future years without redesign
