The purpose of this RFT is to establish a multi supplier framework for a coaching service for leaders and leadership teams in Department of Education recognised primary and post primary schools in Ireland. The overall requirements of those providing coaching services will be, but are not exclusive to: • Support school leaders to enhance their capacity to work in a changing environment. • Increase their ability to prioritise and manage demands. • Enable school leaders to manage change more successfully. • Support school leaders in creating a coaching culture in their school so as to build leadership capacity in others. • Provide time and space for school leaders to reflect Leading through uncertainty. • Support school leaders in prioritising the leading of learning and teaching. This public procurement competition is being run by the Department of Education.
