IWA is seeking tenders for the provision of a managed print service to all IWA locations in Ireland. There are currently 59 multi-function print devices distributed nationwide across approx. 50 sites in the Republic of Ireland. In addition to the provision of a Secure Cloud Managed Print Service on an all-inclusive per printed page/image basis, the costs should include all print devices, toner supplies, device accessories, any on-going maintenance, training, and support, print management software, hosting, installation and configuration for both hardware and software (including all associated setup costs). Average annual usage is approximately 1,480,000 consisting of scans, copies, and prints as broken down in appendix 1. This tender competition should allow for the flexibility to vary both the print volume and the number of devices during the lifetime of the contract and demonstrate clearly how the cost criteria are calculated. IWA will require a choice of multi-function print devices that will meet the varying workloads of the sites. This service shall provide proactive / remote management of the estate for both service issues and consumable replenishment and will include but shall not be limited to, the supply of all networked.
