There is an estimated number of 10 units subject to planning permission and future expectations. It is anticipated that the number of units will not exceed 15. Unitsโ numbers can be modified at Dublin Busโ discretion. The framework will include the tender of a first batch of locations where planning permission is envisaged to be granted by 2025. Works on this batch of locations will start immediately after the framework award and the planning permission grant. Successful bidder will retain the unitsโ ownership throughout the contract duration unless otherwise agreed. Ownership will not be transferred to BAC whatsoever. The contract with Dublin Bus will include a Novation Clause that will allow for the entire or partial agreement to be Novated to the National Transport Authority (NTA).
