Works on this batch of locations will start immediately after the framework award and the planning permission grant. Successful bidder will retain the units’ ownership throughout the contract duration unless otherwise agreed. Ownership will not be transferred to BAC whatsoever. The contract with Dublin Bus will include a Novation Clause that will allow for the entire or partial agreement to be Novated to the National Transport Authority (NTA).
