Clonburris Infrastructure Ltd (The Contracting Authority) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Related Services. Services to be used for the delivery of the Joint Infrastructure Works (JIW)/ASI (Abnormal Strategic Infrastructure) for the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for the provision of Architectural Services for District Park Hub (ii)b to (v), Stage 7 Kishoge Community Centre, Stage 8 Clonburris Urban Hub - Stages (i) to (v). List of future projects that may be run under the established framework but not limited to the below: โข Canal Park Hub โข Na Cluainte Park Hub North โข Griffeen Park Hub The framework will be for the use of both Clonburris Infrastructure Ltd (CIL) and South Dublin County Council (SDCC). Note: While there is no guarantee to the potential value of this framework agreement it is estimated the value of the framework over the its duration of seven (7) years is estimated at four million five hundred thousand euro ex VAT (โฌ4,500,000)
