Clonburris Infrastructure Ltd (The Contracting Authority) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Related Services. Services to be used for the delivery of the Joint Infrastructure Works (JIW)/ASI (Abnormal Strategic Infrastructure) for the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for the provision of Architectural Services for District Park Hub (ii)b to (v), Stage 7 Kishoge Community Centre, Stage 8 Clonburris Urban Hub - Stages (i) to (v). List of future projects that may be run under the established framework but not limited to the below: โ€ข Canal Park Hub โ€ข Na Cluainte Park Hub North โ€ข Griffeen Park Hub The framework will be for the use of both Clonburris Infrastructure Ltd (CIL) and South Dublin County Council (SDCC). Note: While there is no guarantee to the potential value of this framework agreement it is estimated the value of the framework over the its duration of seven (7) years is estimated at four million five hundred thousand euro ex VAT (โ‚ฌ4,500,000)

To do this you must do the following: Log-in to the eTenders portal; Locate the competition using the Advanced Search by searching under the Contracting Authority or Resource ID. Click on the hyperlink for the competition which will bring you to the CfT Workspace. In the Show CfT Menu for the competition click on the โ€œExpression of Interest in the drop-down menu.
