IDA Ireland has plans to re-develop its 4,600 sq mt Office Building in National Technology Park Limerick and has secured a tenant for partial occupancy of the building, the remainder of the building will need to be refurbished and marketed for occupation. There will be a Construction and fit-out project commenced during the contract period. The design of the building is made up of three floors, in an L-shaped design. The secured tenant will take one side of the ground floor and one side of the first floor. IDA Ireland is now seeking the services of suitably experienced commercial property management advisors to manage the IDA property in an appropriate corporate, contractual, management and services structure to ensure the successful provision of services to the development and to deliver maximum value to IDA Ireland. This contract is due to be operational in September 2024.
