UÉ currently has a building estate comprising of 9 office buildings nationally, ranging in size from 250 square metres to 5,000 square metres. This portfolio is expected to grow as part of the Uisce Éireann transformation programme being undertaken as part of the Water Industry Operating Framework being rolled out by Uisce Éireann. The building portfolio will then grow to include the following types of building: • Operation Centres / Depots • Stores • Water and Wastewater Laboratories • Training centres • Welfare Facilities • Waste Compounds • Residential Properties • Ancillary Buildings to Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and Gas Installations
