South East Greenway – Contract C – Ferrybank to Curraghmore Kilkenny

This project involves the construction of Contract C which mainly entails 5.5kms of greenway (Lot
5a) from the Ferrybank, Kilkenny to Curraghmore, Kilkenny. This is part of the South East Greenway which involves the construction of circa 24kms of greenway from Waterford to New Ross
Summary of works include;
• Construct the Greenway Lot 5a Section pavement in accordance with Works Requirements, along with all ancillary works including site clearance, landscaping, finishes, fixtures and fittings, drainage, fencing, lighting, adjacent landowner accommodation works, level crossing works and all public pedestrian and cyclists infrastructure as specified.
• Construct a public carpark and Greenway access point at Glenmore adjacent to the Greenway
• Supply, erect and connect public lighting to a part of the completed Lot 3 Greenway section.
• Supply and erect fencing screening to a part of the completed section of greenway in Lot 2
