Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for 4 years, for the provision of supply and delivery of periodicals. This Agreement is for the supply of electronic and printed Periodicals, Journals and associated services, via Subscription Agents, including domestic and overseas material from any Publisher or 3rd party willing to trade via the Supplier.
