Short description:

The following is an indicative list of the SPSV technology, auditing and consultancy services required.

The Principal Consultant is expected to be a person (or persons) with significant experience in technical consultancy in relation to fare structures, taximeter technology and usage and vehicle standards.

Description of renewals:

If the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory, the contract may be renewed for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of four (4) such renewals. The Term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
