The Munster Technological University is seeking tenderers is to appoint an Architect led Design Team for a proposed 900sqm extension to the Rubicon Centre, Bishopstown Campus, Cork. The highest ranked tenderer will be required to provide the following consultancy services for the delivery of the including but not limited to the following:
• Architectural Services (including DAC, Fire, Planning & Assigned Certifieer) & Employers Representative
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services Consultant
• Quantity Surveying Services
• Civil Structural Engineering Services
• PSDP
